Job DescriptionLead the HR department, providing strategic direction and ensuring effective management of human resources. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals. Manage talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Manage HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations. Build and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decision-making. Lead HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and success. The Successful ApplicantA successful 'Head of HR' should have:A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Excellent leadership and people management skills.
