We are looking for a Sales & Client Relations Associate who will collaborate with veterinary clinics and pet owners to support the adoption and use of a digital platform that helps streamline clinic operations and enhance client engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for partner clinics and promote the company's digital platform.
- Assist in organizing and transferring clinic records into the system.
- Support clinic staff and customers in using the app for bookings and transactions.
- Encourage app utilization to improve customer engagement and service efficiency.
- Achieve performance goals related to user adoption, app downloads, and repeat usage.
- Experience in sales, client relations, or customer service is an advantage.
- Comfortable with mobile apps and digital tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to simplify technical information.
- Undergraduates are welcome to apply (minimum SHS).
- Preferably residing near Diliman Quezon City.
- Confident, proactive, and skilled in building relationships and promoting services.
