Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including quotas and targets, to provide insights and reports to management.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to best practices.
  • Communication & Delegation: Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and updates to the sales team; serve as a point of contact for internal communications.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts; manage sales documentation and records.
  • Resource Coordination: Manage travel arrangements and allowances for sales personnel; ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources.
  • Training & Onboarding: Assist in training new sales staff on processes, tools, and company policies.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve booking officer issues that may arise in their workflow, providing timely solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Call Center Oversight: Monitor the call center system to ensure all incoming and outgoing calls are attended promptly. Generate reports on call metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
