GENERAL PURPOSE:

The I&R Specialist is responsible for product innovation / development and product renovation initiatives. This role will combine market insights, consumer understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver breakthrough solutions that strengthen competitiveness, optimize performance, and support business growth. This position reports to the I&R Manager.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads the conceptualization, planning, and execution of new product innovations and renovations, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
  • Develops and manages detailed project timelines, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and communication throughout the product development process.
  • Manages project budgets and resources (A&P).
  • Translates insights into actionable product concepts and proposals for management approval.
  • Weekly Marketing Huddle Reports, New Product Updates, etc.

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, marketing, or project management.
  • Prior experience in FMCG required.
