Work from Home, Philippines Finatech Consulting Full time ₱1,432,000 per year

This is a 100% remote position for a US-based CPA firm. We are growing and are always hiring

Responsibilities:

Process monthly financial activity for our QBO clients who are multi-unit franchise bakery owners. Month-end activities include:

  • Revenue and stats uploads from the POS

  • Bank Feeds coding and reconciliations

  • Credit Card coding and reconciliations

  • Payroll coding in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

  • Month-end accruals

  • Intercompany allocations and reconciliations

  • QBO and Fathom month-end reports

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting principles

  • Proficiency in financial report interpretation

  • Intercompany allocations experience is desired

  • QuickBooks Online experience is highly preferred

  • Strong Excel skills (will do pre-employment testing)

  • Payroll processing and coding experience is preferred

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

  • Multi-tasking = ability to handle multiple clients' requests and deadlines

  • Did we say attention to detail? It is worth repeating that attention to detail is essential.

Experience

-Working knowledge of QBO (will be tested)

-Must have experience posting journal entries and performing basic reconciliations

-Working knowledge of any project-management tool (i.e., Asana, , Canopy, FInancial Cents, Karbon) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php275.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
