Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of SAP Digital SCM solutions including SAP IBP, SAP TM, SAP EWM, and S/4HANA Supply Chain.
  • Configure supply chain processes such as demand planning, supply planning, transportation, and warehouse operations.
  • Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and FIT-GAP analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, SD, PP, and Finance modules.
  • Assist in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.
  • Work with technical teams to support WRICEF developments and ensure solution quality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4 to 7 years of SAP experience with at least 1 full-cycle implementation in Digital SCM modules (IBP, TM, EWM, or S/4HANA Supply Chain).
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and business process design for supply chain planning and execution.
  • Good understanding of integration between SAP SCM modules and core ERP processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
  • Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.

Certifications

  • Required: SAP Certification in at least one Digital SCM module (e.g., IBP, TM, EWM)
  • Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)

Educational Background

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field (B.Tech, MBA, etc.)
