Job Description:

  • Reports to the Business Development Manager.
  • Achieves revenue targets and profit goals.
  • Monitors and reviews sales and departmental strategies.
  • Conducts regular client visits and ensures professional representation.
  • Prepares customer proposals following approved pricing and margin guidelines.
  • Keeps updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  • Submits sales itineraries and reports on customer feedback.
  • Coordinates with Accounting to ensure accurate account receivables.
  • Prepares and presents sales reports and analytics to management.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all internal discussions and documents.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Residing in Cebu.
  • Graduate of a business or marketing-related course.
  • With experience in field sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Team player and result-oriented.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
