About the role

As a Retail Business Counselor/Network Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at our Jetti_Petroleum Inc. retail locations in Davao. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and creating a positive experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on our products and services.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales and customer service targets.
  • Identify and report any issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct, prepare, and analyze business plans.
  • Analyze the trading area, focusing on price competitiveness, market trends, and business development.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market research.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with property owners.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in site or network development.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing retail or service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive
