Context:

The Sr. Quantity/ Cost Engineer conducts review of existing information on the project's material and labor requirements, provides details of construction material and labor quantities, and generates project cost estimates based on industry standard unit rates and costs.

Missions/Main Duties:

  • Creates Detailed Unit Price Analysis (DUPA)

Profile/Skills:

  • Attention to details.
  • Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Project material and labor requiremets.
  • Proficient in creating Detailed Unit Price Analysis (DUPA).

years of progressive experience gained in Project Management, Engineering Design and Consulting Services or Construction Industry.
