Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, contracts, and budgets while ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and company standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work across diverse projects in [industry focus – e.g., construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, commercial, or residential].

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for projects.
  • Evaluate tender documents, bids, and contracts, providing accurate cost analysis.
  • Conduct progress valuations, variations, and claims management.
  • Support in contract negotiations and provide commercial advice to project teams.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment of cost control and project objectives.
  • Assist in preparing final accounts, reports, and documentation in compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cost management, estimating, or contract administration.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC/JCT or equivalent) and project cost control.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, cost management software, and project tools (e.g., Primavera, CostX, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
