Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, contracts, and budgets while ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and company standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work across diverse projects in (industry focus – e.g., construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, commercial, or residential)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for projects.
  • Evaluate tender documents, bids, and contracts, providing accurate cost analysis.
  • Conduct progress valuations, variations, and claims management.
  • Support in contract negotiations and provide commercial advice to project teams.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment of cost control and project objectives.
  • Assist in preparing final accounts, reports, and documentation in compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cost management, estimating, or contract administration.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC/JCT or equivalent) and project cost control.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, cost management software, and project tools (e.g., Primavera, CostX, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
