Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Access Point Management

  • Review warehouse capacity to ensure storage space is planned in line with business trend in each region. All access points should be well maintained and provide a suitable storage

environment for inventories.

  • Closely monitor vendor's performance to ensure on-time order fulfilment to achieve best

customer experience and timely delivery of replenishment orders.

  • Closely monitor 3PL's operation to ensure all activities and transactions are performed in line with company's SOPs and policies.
  • Organize monthly 3PL KPI meeting with vendors to review past performance and identify

areas for improvement.

  • Organize and lead monthly EOM activities plan to ensure smooth operations and order

fulfilment.

Inventory Control

  • Proper implementation of Oracle count program to ensure cycle count and full physical

count at all inventory locations are performed in accordance to count schedule and meet the

requirement of updated Global/APAC inventory count policy, standard operating procedures

and requirements.

  • Produce next year monthly cycle count schedule for all inventory locations in Q4 of every

year. Ensure all stock variances from cycle or full physical counts are proper reconciled before

approving stock adjustments in Oracle. Closely monitor transaction and inventory

reconciliations to achieve balanced system on-hand inventory between Oracle and 3PL's

WMS.

  • Close monitoring system/physical storage of off-shelf/expired/damaged/QC quarantined

products, ensure proper segregation to mitigate risk of shipping non-saleable products to

members.

Ensure periodic reconciliation of inventory and transactions between Oracle and WMS will

be carried out on-time and on a consistent basis.

Operations Compliance

  • Familiar with Global and APAC Distribution and Inventory related policies and Standard

Operating Procedure.

  • Consistently provide guidance to warehouse team, equipped them with necessary

knowledge and be able to carry out their daily tasks in a compliant way.

Process Improvement

  • Review and analyse existing process flow of each warehouse activity and make improvement

from time to time to increase efficiency and productivity.

Reporting

  • Execute cost verification template for major spend to proper verify usage and billing

accuracy before request for payment. Responsible for actual spend report.

Others

  • Provide logistics supports to all sales events upon request.
