Job Overview

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in driving data-backed growth initiatives. This role is perfect for students or fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn. You'll help manage marketing data, track campaign performance, and generate actionable insights that guide strategies to boost promo take-up and overall marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the marketing team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
  • Manage, organize, and analyze marketing data using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Support in building and maintaining reports, trackers, and dashboards for ongoing campaigns and promos.
  • Help track marketing spend and performance to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
  • Support the execution and monitoring of campaigns and promotions.
  • Perform ad hoc data and reporting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, charts, pivot tables).
  • Experience in data analysis or reporting is an advantage but not required.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive, collaborative team player who is willing to learn.
