Sales Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our range of construction materials, including but not limited to: concrete, cement, aggregates, steel, roofing materials, insulation, and waterproofing products.
- Keep up-to-date with product developments, new technologies, and industry trends.
- Client Interaction:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, engineers, contractors, and construction companies.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their requirements, provide technical support, and offer solutions using our products.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate technical information and guidance.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the construction industry.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials such as brochures, technical data sheets, and presentations.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales visits, and sales forecasts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in any course
- With strong interpersonal skills and a presentable appearance suitable for client interaction
- Proven experience in construction materials sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
