Responsible in the verification of bank payments of daily ecommerce and trade sales transactions. System updating and reconciliation of ecommerce and trade sales transactions. Daily reconciliation of bank debits vs sales transactions vs remittances. Preparation of Adjustment Instruction for customer request for refund.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Checks and confirms payments of daily ecommerce and trade sales transaction
  • Posting of credit card sales to delivered accounts
  • System incoming of remitted sales from payment provider
  • Reconciliation of remitted amount of the payment provider.
  • Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
  • Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
  • Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
  • Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Preparation of collection report, monthly Accounts Receivable Aging report and provides AR analyses report
  • Preparation of Adjustment Instruction to facilitates customer refund
  • Ensures compliance to established policies and standards
  • Performs other tasks that maybe required from time to time

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of BS Accountancy
  • At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting; particularly in accounts receivable.
  • Must be knowledgeable in bank transactions and accounts receivable management.
  • Must have experience in SAP and/or other accounting systems.
