Position Title: Creative Marketing Associate
The Creative Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing engaging content and campaigns across digital platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support marketing goals. This role blends creativity with strategy to produce compelling visual and written content for social media, websites, ads, and other marketing materials.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

  • Develop and design creative content (graphics, videos, reels, captions) for social media, email campaigns, and website use

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to produce promotional content for launches and seasonal campaigns

  • Ensure content aligns with brand identity and voice

2. Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages to build community

  • Analyze insights and adjust strategies to optimize performance

3. Marketing Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing digital and in-store campaigns

  • Coordinate with team members for promo launches, event coverage, and customer promotions

  • Capture behind-the-scenes content and customer testimonials

4. Branding & Design

  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all materials

  • Create visual content for marketing collaterals (flyers, brochures, packaging, etc.)

  • Update digital assets such as banners and profile images as needed

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track campaign and content performance metrics

  • Prepare basic reports with insights and recommendations

  • Research trends and competitor strategies to inform content direction

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing

  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

  • Strong eye for design and detail

  • Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced marketing needs
