About the role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic
Director of Energy Market
to relocate to the Philippines and build, lead, and inspire our multi-functional team. This is a pivotal leadership role for a hands-on executive who will be responsible for driving the company's market strategy, project development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep technical expertise in energy engineering, a successful track record in managing large teams, and the cultural intelligence to effectively navigate and contribute to the Philippine business landscape.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in #Engineering, #Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a directly related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
    in the energy industry, with at least 5 years in a #senior director-level role managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Substantial, hands-on experience in the development, engineering, and execution of large-scale #renewable #energy projects
    (e.g., #solar farms, #wind farms, #hydro, BESS).
  • A track record of success in a greenfield or major market expansion context.
  • Must be willing to relocate to the Philippines and work under an expatriate package.
