Company Description

FOTON Motor Philippines Inc. (FMPI) operates an 11-hectare assembly facility located in the heart of Clark Freeport Zone, producing locally-assembled passenger and commercial vehicles. In addition to manufacturing for both business and leisure, the FOTON Clark Assembly Plant aims to bolster the Philippine economy by employing a significant number of Filipino engineers and technical personnel. The assembled vehicles are marketed locally and exported to the ASEAN region, positioning the Philippines as a strategic export hub.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Manila for an Energy Trading Officer. The Energy Trading Officer will be responsible for monitoring energy markets, analyzing market data, executing energy trades, managing energy contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external partners to optimize energy procurement and trading strategies.

Qualifications

  • Market Analysis and Data Interpretation skills
  • Experience in Energy Trading and Contract Management
  • Understanding of Regulatory Compliance in the energy sector
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management abilities
  • Proficiency in Data Management and Reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the energy industry is a plus
