The Senior Project Manager will Lead and execute strategic complex projects and changes through project leadership best practices.

What You Will Do

  • Lead with Purpose:
    Own and drive the full project lifecycle—from concept to benefits realization—using the delivery framework that best fits the challenge (plan-driven, Agile, or hybrid).
  • Deliver with Integrity:
    Ensure all project outputs align with IT best practices, standards, and governance requirements.
  • Proactively Manage Risks:
    Identify, escalate, and close risks and issues using proven project management disciplines.
  • Be a Change Champion:
    Lead change with skill—leveraging influence, negotiation, and empathy to guide teams through transformation.
  • Connect the Dots:
    Clearly communicate how project outcomes align with business strategy to foster team buy-in and purpose.
  • Engage Stakeholders:
    Build strong, trust-based relationships across the business and maintain alignment through execution.
  • Communicate with Clarity:
    Tailor communications for stakeholders and team members alike—ensuring updates on status, risks, and next steps are timely, clear, and actionable.

What You Should Have

  • Seasoned Expertise:
    7+ years of professional experience, ideally in IT, with a proven track record as a Senior Project Manager leading full-cycle implementations.
  • Project Leadership Mastery:
    You're well-versed in various delivery frameworks—PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma—and know when to apply the right one for the job.
  • Stakeholder Savvy:
    You can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels, translating complexity into clarity with the right tone and approach.
  • Bilingual Communicator:
    Fluent in both Filipino and English, you can connect meaningfully across teams and clients.
  • Sharp Thinking:
    Your critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills are second nature, especially under pressure.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset:
    You understand business personas and can put yourself in the customer's shoes to design impactful solutions.
  • Business Fluency:
    Comfortable navigating conversations across operations, sales, finance, marketing, and HR—you see the big picture.
