UPSKILL MNL, INC is a fast-growing food and beverage company based in Marikina City. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers and are looking for a Food Operations Supervisor to join our team in Concepcion Uno, Marikina City.

As a Food Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food production and service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. Your main goal will be to maintain the highest level of quality and service to meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of food production and service

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment

- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency

- Develop and implement procedures to improve operations and reduce costs

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication

- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and quality of products

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate records and reports for management review

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Industrial Engineering graduate is highly an advantage. 

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food operations, preferably in a supervisory role

- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software

- Willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed
