About Us

Therafix Physiotherapy Services is dedicated to providing excellent rehabilitative and physiotherapy care to our patients. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our growing team in Bacolod City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor employee attendance and maintain records.
  • Support in the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Process payroll and employee benefits.
  • Prepare and issue memos as needed.
  • Address employee and external client concerns.
  • Assist in processing permits and coordinating with government offices.
  • Provide administrative and HR support to the HR Officer and CEO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with HR or administrative work experience.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup (on-site at Bacolod Clinic + work-from-home).
  • Can start ASAP.
