We are seeking a Commercial Finance professional to lead a finance operations team responsible for customer agreements and pricing processes in a multinational environment. The role involves managing a high-performing team, ensuring accurate execution of customer agreements, monitoring pricing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will collaborate closely with commercial, finance, and audit teams to deliver excellent service and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance, coaching, and career growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) and pricing processes.
  • Ensure governance, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging ERP systems and technology.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize workflows and enhance user experience.
  • Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders to maintain effective communication and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 5–7 years in finance operations or SSC, preferably in a multinational company.
  • 4+ years leading teams, with experience managing managers preferred.
  • ERP experience (SAP preferred); advanced MS Office skills.
  • Process improvement or Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.
  • Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
