Chat Support Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing an excellent customer experience shopping on a website engaging the customer with professional courtesy and support.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers in locating items and/or provide alternatives.
- Provide timely and accurate information to the customer and place summary of conversation into system.
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Provide customer support via live chat, social media, and email in a way that reflects our client's culture.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Monitor customer comments, and complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
- Inform customers about new feature products and its functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Invite customers to follow the social media pages.
- Support the marketing team on a day to day activities especially on campaigns, and other brand events.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business course or any related courses.
- Passionate about Customer Service.
- Experience in Chat Support, Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Experience in Social Media such as Facebook, Instagram and any related platforms
- Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.
- Ability to comfortably navigate in multiple technology applications.
- Proficient and accurate typing skills, minimum typing of 50 words per minute.
- Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness.
- Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell.
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing the transaction.
- Experience in handling fashion, skincare, accessories such as jewelry and eyewear is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably with Multi-tasking abilities.
- Can start ASAP.
