Job Description

As a Customer Success Associate, you will support customers throughout their freight journey-guiding bookings, resolving shipment issues, and delivering exceptional service through chat, phone, and email while collaborating with global teams to bring freight online.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 years of experience in a customer service role supporting English-speaking customers
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics or freight-related roles
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Familiarity with operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Strong knowledge of the freight and logistics industry
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Genuine passion for customer success, service, and support
  • Global mindset with the ability to support customers across multiple platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities

Your Daily Tasks

  • Assist customers in navigating freight booking platforms, providing clear guidance and support to complete bookings with ease
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through chat, phone, and email interactions
  • Prioritize and resolve customer inquiries, addressing shipment issues until full resolution
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and prevent cancellations
  • Monitor customer activity and engage with those showing signs of disengagement
  • Provide resources, education, and online tools to help customers resolve concerns independently
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams to improve customer experience and reduce attrition
  • Collaborate with a global team to successfully bring freight online across multiple platforms and regions
