JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Foreign Trade, International Trade, or Economics & Administrative Sciences
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sea, air, and domestic operations within a freight forwarder
- Advanced written and spoken English communication skills
- Experienced in reporting processes
- Strong knowledge of shipping lines, airlines, and forwarder operational structures
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and equipped with strong communication skills
- Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment with a high sense of responsibility.Regularly following trends of Ocean Freight market in Philippines and taking action accordingly
- Answering internal requests, following for new inquiries
- Preparing weekly reports on operation activities
- Working in coordination with Sales, Accounting and PricingTeams
- Proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree in International Business will be an advantage.
- High sense of urgency with a detail-oriented focus and analytical thinking
- Good understanding of freight forwarding market in Philippines
- Minimum 2 years of Operation experience is logistics field required
- Having a good sense of market prices .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Taking responsibility for the position with positive and friendly attitude
- To express oneself well, self reliance etc.
- Open to team work with creative and innovative skills
