Sobra Café is a proudly homegrown restaurant brand known for its comforting food, modern café vibe, and passion for genuine hospitality. As we continue to expand across Metro Manila, we're looking for a highly driven General Manager who can lead our operations, uphold our brand standards, and translate our vision into daily execution.
Role Overview
The General Manager will oversee the overall operations of all Sobra Café branches. This includes supervising branch managers, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand quality, managing budgets, and driving both profitability and culture. You'll act as the bridge between the CEO and all departments—ensuring alignment, accountability, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations across branches to ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and customer experience.
People Management: Lead and motivate managers and staff; implement performance reviews, training, and discipline as needed.
Marketing & Sales Coordination: Work with the marketing team to plan promotions, evaluate campaigns, and increase foot traffic and brand visibility.
Financial Accountability: Monitor branch performance, control costs, and achieve sales and profit targets.
Systems & Process Management: Implement and improve SOPs for kitchen, service, inventory, and logistics.
Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and ensure brand standards are met.
Strategic Reporting: Provide weekly reports and recommendations to the CEO regarding operations, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Expansion Readiness: Support planning and setup of new branches or business units.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or multi-branch capacity.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
Experience working in café, restaurant, or lifestyle hospitality brands is preferred.
Can work under minimal supervision and align with the brand's vision and culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
