Work you will do

Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions drive functional excellence in human resources, finance, and other key operational units, positioning the wider organization for sustainable growth and success. It includes at-scale digital transformation programs underpinned by market-leading cloud business applications through advisory, implementation, and operate services to customize and streamline large, complex ERP applications.

You be responsible for:

• Provide technical development support to onshore/offshore D365 technical lead, including extensions and customizations in X++
• Support development and testing of D365 integrations using REST, OData, and Power Platform
• Collaborate on building and deploying Copilot-driven ERP automations and intelligent agent-based features within the D365 environment
• Contribute to environment management activities – including code deployments, workflow setup, MS update deployment, and database copy support
• Develop reports and dashboards leveraging Power BI and D365 data entities
• Assist in testing cycles including unit testing, SIT, UAT and provide technical support during cutover activities
• Contribute to knowledge documentation and AI-enhanced self-service tools (e.g., bots, Copilot guides) to improve user onboarding and support

Enough about us, let's talk about you

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• More than a year of hands-on experience delivering Dynamics 365 F&O or SCM technical services
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in X++, extensions framework, and integration models in D365 F&O
• Experience in .NET development and familiarity with Power Platform components
• Exposure to or experience with Copilot, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI integration is highly desirable

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations and/or D365 SCM development and deployment cycles
• Proven ability to work in Agile delivery teams and collaborate with business and functional teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, reporting tools, workflows, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Familiarity with GenAI and agent-based automation design (e.g., Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, AI-enhanced UX)
• Ability to manage deliverables independently, meet deadlines, and proactively identify improvement opportunities
