• The role is hybrid allowing to work 2 to 3 days a week from home.

• The Workings Hours : It's day shift working hours, with possibility to start late morning at 10 am or 11 am to match european time zone

• The role: In order to reinforce our worldwide support, the IT group is hiring One business application support profile on Microsoft D365 F&O. Within the Group's evolving Information Systems Department, you join a multi-cultural team working on major projects of international scope and in a context of merger.  As a business application support for the ERPs of the Group, you are a true referent for the Business teams on Microsoft D365 ERP F&O (Finance modules) and for access rights management. You will work with IT entities for business units placed from America to Asia, through Europe. 

• Job Description: As such, your main responsibilities will be: 

1. Provide support of ERP users and participate in the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the existing business applications. 

2. Support various audits related to access management

3. Build new user roles and profiles dring the implmentation projects

4. Managing incident tickets and requests and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date. 

5. Identifying and resolving technical issues. 

6. Delivering regular and customized training to key user teams within the business. 

7. Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures. 

8. Assisting with systems integrations. 

9. Supporting ERP implementations on Microsoft D365 (accounting) by training key-users, participating in UAT tests. 

10. Participating to return of experience based on support provided and developing long term and robust solutions 

11. Turn towards integration to ensure accurate end to end process  

To succeed in this position, you will need the following skills and experience:

1. 2-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft D365 F&O, with strong focus on Finance modules  (accounting, O2C)

2. Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, payments and procurement workflows 

3. Ability to work on complex architecture and interfaces landscape (workflows, connection with Kyriba, etc…) 

4. Good verbal and written communication skills. 

5. Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytic mindset. 

6. Fluency in English, as the role involves working with an international team
