Job Title:

Solution Architect - ERP Implementations

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Position
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading ERP implementations and providing expert-level guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough functional analysis and gap assessments with MS Dynamics 365
  • Determine modification requests to MS Dynamics 365 and create specifications or development plans
  • Lead in conducting Conference Room Pilot sessions demonstrating Dynamics 365 ERP fit to customers' organizations or clients' requirements
  • Advise customer organizations on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard products and their business processes through creative configuration
  • Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules
  • Develop functional specification documents and design for customizations required for Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
  • Prepare User Manuals, Training plans
  • Lead in conducting End user training
  • Provide pre-go live and post go live end user support
  • Ensure project documents are complete, and projects are delivered successfully as per plans
  • Perform related duties as assigned
  • Lead a team of Consultants/Analysts and take responsibility for their performance and administrative tasks including approval of time sheets, expenses, and leaves, as applicable
  • Assist in providing mentoring and coaching to junior members
  • Implement effective leadership when managing a team or project team
