The Qualifications We SeekAt least 3 years of proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant or Developer. Proficient in X , C#, SSRS, .

NET, and Visual Studio. Experienced in system integrations, data migration, and performance optimization (X code, LCS monitoring, SQL tuning). Skilled in environment and release management, including ALM, DevOps, build processes, and environment setup.

Familiar with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Portals, and ADX Studio. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis. Knowledge of project management tools, methods, and the software development lifecycle.

Your Daily TasksTechnical & Functional AnalysisJoin the Dynamics 365 Application team

Support stakeholder management with the Dynamics 365 FO ArchitectApply knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft products to deliver quality business outcomes

Support the change management process and methodology in coordination with the Change ManagerCoach and guide members of the Dynamics 365 team

Update tasks and user stories in Azure DevOpsCreate and execute data migration plans

Development & AutomationFollow internal software development processes and standards

Conduct peer reviews before implementing changes to production

Adhere to change management procedures

Develop solutions aligned with Dynamics F&O best practices

Write and execute automated tests using the chosen automation framework

Build and maintain the release pipeline for deploying solutions across environments

Project DeliveryCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver innovative solutions

Manage products from concept to launch and continuous optimization

Work closely with other team members and stakeholders

Take calculated risks and promote new ideas
