About the Role:

Working closely with the Team Manager, the duties and responsibilities of this position include but not limited:

  • Handle phone call and email queries from clients.
  • Maintain smooth and prompt communication flow with clients.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients that facilitate a great client experience.
  • Participating in client meetings and completing file notes.
  • Addressing and resolving client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensuring all client lodgements are up to date including PAYG withholding, superannuation, payroll tax, FBT, BAS and IAS.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements for clients.
  • Responsible for reconciliating the accounts and ensure the accuracy.
  • Responsible for managing the account of the clients.
  • Communicate with the client if the Supervisor is not available.

About the Candidate:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • With Australian bookkeeping/accounting is a huge factor
  • Knowledgeable in Cloud Accounting (XERO, Quickbooks, MYOB, or similar.) is preferred
  • At least 1-2 years related experience (external).
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills.
  • With BPO experience is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel – Familiarity with shortcuts and formulas.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Demonstrate excellent English communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willing to learn the latest accounting software and other accounting essential system.
  • Can work with a team
  • Willing to work in Fairview, Quezon City from Mondays – Fridays / 7am-4pm.
