Good Eats Specialists Inc.,a subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies,is currently looking for Restaurant Supervisor to be assigned to SaladStop Philippines.

Job Purpose: Supervise the store/outlet operations to work as a cohesive team in delivering quality food products and excellent customer service while balancing it with a results-oriented objective.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent service for both internal and external customers
  • Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the entire store
  • Ensure that proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients are followed
  • Work together with the team and the Area manager in meeting the store's goals and profitability
  • Prepares the store weekly schedule and Monitor individual performance of each staff
  • Coordinate with the General Services Department the performance of the equipment, furniture and fixtures; Do proper recording
  • Monitor, gather and analyze sales performance matrix. Make necessary actions to improve store performance
  • Monitor individual performance of each staff; Make necessary recommendation

Job Qualifications:

  • College Graduate, preferably has subjects related to Food Preparation or any related program.
  • At least has Leadership or Supervisory Experience
  • At least has Kitchen (preparation) Exposure / Experience.
  • Energetic, Creative, Committed, Team player, Customer-service drivenKeen Attention to Details Willing to work 6 days a week
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Has an interest in Kitchen Work, at least with minimal knife skills
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Ability to work in a Multi-task Environmen
