Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years in digital marketing, content creation, or related fields.
  • Experience with lead generation, paid advertising, or email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Knowledge of recruitment services, HR services, or B2B is a plus.
  • Familiarity with employer branding or talent marketing is an advantage.
  • Proficient Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console).
  • Familiar with AI tools and website CMS tools.
  • Basic understanding of UTM tracking, funnels, and conversion optimization
  • Strong writing skills for content writing, job ads, and branding content
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple campaigns
  • Results-driven mindset with an eye for ROI and lead quality.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
