About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Assistant Manager to lead and support SAP S/4HANA migration projects. The role involves managing data migration processes, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with global teams to meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead data migration initiatives for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and scripts for migration activities.
  • Manage delivery of small to mid-sized projects, including team coaching and mentoring.
  • Handle WRICEF objects, interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Support testing and deployment of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps.
  • Analyze requirements, propose best-practice processes, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-module teams (SD, MM, FI) for process and data integration.
Requirements
  • 8+ years SAP implementation and support experience.
  • At least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SD, MM, FI modules.
  • Hands-on experience with CVI (Customer Vendor Integration), IDOC, BAPI, LSMW, LTMC, LTMOM.
  • Experience in data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation using SAP BODS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of ABAP and SAP Information Steward.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
