About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SAC Assistant Manager to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, mentoring team members, and driving process improvements across multiple industries. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in SAP SAC, BPC, and SAP Core Functions (SD, MM, FI) with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage small to mid-sized SAP SAC implementation projects.
  • Participate in business workshops, gather requirements, and propose TO-BE processes aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with ABAP, BW/4, and cross-module teams to design and test enhancements, interfaces, and WRICEF objects.
  • Develop and maintain planning and analytical models in SAC, including advanced formulas, data actions, and SAC stories.
  • Integrate SAC with multiple source systems including SAP S/4HANA and BPC.
  • Deliver complex use cases such as balance carry forward, currency conversion, CAPEX, OPEX, workforce, and revenue planning.
  • Support large-scale BI implementations and data extractions from SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Provide thought leadership in EPM methodologies and mentor junior consultants.
  • Perform root cause analysis and work with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP SAC and related technologies such as Datasphere/DWC, HANA, BW/4, and BTP.
Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree.
  • 7+ years of SAP implementation and support experience across industries.
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP SAC implementations (Scope, Design, Build & Test).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP BPC Embedded, SAC Planning/Analytics, and BW objects (ADSO, InfoCubes, Composite Providers).
  • Experience in developing complex planning and reporting solutions in SAC (Stories, Input Templates, Advanced Formulas).
  • Hands-on experience with integration scenarios, restricted/calculated measures, and Analytics Designer.
  • Proven track record in BI implementations and SAC integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on working knowledge of Datasphere/DWC, HANA, BW/4, ABAP, and Fiori Apps.
  • Latest SAP SAC certification.
