Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
SAP FICO Implementation Consultant
to lead and support the full lifecycle of SAP FICO implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with proven experience in configuring systems, aligning business processes, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation activities including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Analyze business processes and requirements to design and configure SAP FICO solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
  • Configure CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
  • Support data migration activities, including mapping, data validation, and testing.
  • Assist in preparing test scripts and executing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP FICO processes.
  • Document functional designs, configurations, and knowledge transfer materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules and integration points with other modules.
  • Experience in preparing functional specifications and configuring SAP FICO modules.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and reporting tools (optional but a plus).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in international SAP implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of SAP GRC and internal controls.
  • Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
  • Experience with SAP Data Migration tools such as LSMW or SAP Data Services.
