Job Opening: SAP Data Migration Consultant

Location: Makati

Level: Mid to Senior Level

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in SAP data migration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration tools (LSMW, BODS, SAP Data Services, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and transformation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end SAP data migration activities across multiple modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, HCM).
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data migration strategy, scope, and timelines.
  • Extract, cleanse, transform, and load legacy data into SAP systems using tools like LSMW, BODS, or SAP Data Services.
  • Develop and maintain data mapping documents, migration scripts, and validation reports.
  • Perform rigorous data quality checks and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support mock runs, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot data migration issues and provide timely resolutions.
