DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determines service/ service developments and to communicate intent to clients.

  • Prepares and monitors of acquisition, inventory, and disbursement of the service supplies.

  • Must be able to check on the efficiency of On-site Field Technicians.

  • Must be able to coordinate for training sessions with the technicians.

  • Must be able to coordinate with the principal as regards complicated problems as it arises.

  • Prepares and submits all the needed service related documents (Inventory and Resolutions Report)

  • Able to arrange and monitor repairs as the need arises

  • Deals with the principal as regards to preparing and following-up of Service/ Warranty/ Supply Claims

  • Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run, and conclude major projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any IT related course.

  • At least 1-year experience in service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.

  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Ability to interface effectively with other departments/ external contracts.

  • Above-proficient computer hardware and software knowledge.

  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
