Get to know the Team

You will be under the Deliveries Team which covers strategy and operations. We analyze and collaborate partners to improve the Grab experience of our delivery-partners, merchants and eaters.

Get to know the Role

You will drive initiatives for GrabExpress, manage GrabSupport projects, and spearhead product launches on the Grab Consumer app, to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives.

You will report directly to the Manager, Deliveries. You will be based onsite at our Exquadra Tower, Ortigas office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Profit and Loss (P&L) Management & Optimization: You will directly monitor and analyze the P&L statement for the deliveries business, identifying trends and opportunities. You will translate financial and operational data into actionable insights and clear business cases to support strategic decisions.
  • Special Projects: You will lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional projects from conceptualization and planning through to execution, monitoring, and post-mortem analysis. You will coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful rollout.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have a bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Project Management, or Management Consulting
  • You have analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into applicable strategies
  • You have exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills
  • You have 3 or more years of experience using Excel / Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • You have experience using SQL or Python
