  • QA Engineer (with Leadership Experience)

We're looking for a QA pro who can split their time between leading people and getting hands-on with testing. If you enjoy mentoring others, digging into test cases, and building smart automation, this role might be for you.

What you'll be doing?

People management (30%)

  • Lead and mentor a small QA team.
  • Help set priorities, support career growth, and make sure the team stays on track.
  • Work closely with product and engineering to keep testing aligned with project goals.

Manual testing (30%)

  • Create and run manual test cases across different platforms.
  • Log issues clearly so they can be fixed quickly.
  • Partner with developers and product folks to troubleshoot and validate fixes.

Automated testing (40%)

  • Build and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress and Selenium.
  • Write reliable test scripts in JavaScript.
  • Hook tests into CI/CD so quality checks are part of the release process.

What we're looking for?

  • Solid experience with Cypress and Selenium.
  • Comfortable coding test scripts in JavaScript.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring QA team members.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, defect tracking, and release cycles.
  • Good communicator and a team player.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with API testing.
  • Worked in Agile/Scrum teams before.
  • Proven experience with cypress and selenium.
