Skin Advisor

As Remedy's Skin Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and patient solutions by understanding our clients' skincare needs and recommending tailored solutions. You will be responsible for creating a positive and informative experience for potential customers, helping them on their journey to healthier, more beautiful skin. You will report directly to the Branch Clinic Manager.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients in-person at our clinics as well as via phone calls.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking skincare consultations.
• Listen attentively to clients to understand their specific skincare concerns and goals.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and requirements.
• Educate clients about our skincare treatments, products, and services, and provide detailed information on expected results and aftercare instructions
• Recommend personalized skincare solutions and treatment plans to address clients' needs.
• Collaborate with the medical team and aestheticians to ensure accurate and safe treatment recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare trends, products, and technologies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the client journey.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to client scheduling and follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
