About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Derma Operations Head to oversee the daily operations of our aesthetic and dermatology clinics. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring that clinic operations run seamlessly, teams are well-managed, and service standards meet the expectations of our valued clients.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will manage people, processes, and performance — ensuring smooth coordination between medical and administrative staff, optimizing resources, and maintaining compliance with healthcare and aesthetic industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall operations of Victoria Skin Laser Care Center branches to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centered service delivery.
• Supervise clinic staff including dermatologists, aestheticians, nurses, and administrative personnel.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client satisfaction, staff productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement of supplies, and maintenance of equipment.
• Support HR functions including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of clinic staff.
• Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and ensure service recovery when necessary.
• Collaborate with the management team to support marketing campaigns, client programs, and business development initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operations, financial performance, and improvement plans to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related fields (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in clinic operations, healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetics.
• Strong knowledge of dermatological and aesthetic procedures is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Highly organized, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with clinic management systems is a plus.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
