DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices in Readsoft and transferring them to Exflow.
  • Processing invoices in Exflow based on coding provided by Business Users and assigning the appropriate approvers for final review and approval.
  • Following up with approvers to ensure timely approval of invoices, particularly those that are nearing or past due.
  • Handling urgent invoice requests from Business Users.
  • Managing shared mailboxes across all five companies.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with an aptitude for IT systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
