Job Opportunity: Hotel Managers (Manila & Cebu)

We are currently seeking 4–5 experienced Hotel Managers to oversee operations of a chain of 3-star hotels located across Manila and Cebu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of approximately three hotels concurrently
  • Ensure smooth hotel performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
  • Coordinate with hotel staff and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Report directly to the Director

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in managing a chain of hotels, preferably 3-star establishments
  • Ability and willingness to travel between Manila and Cebu
  • Driven, proactive, and fast-paced in handling operational challenges
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
