Job Description:

  • Review and assess departmental processes, SOPs, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Design and update process maps and workflow documentation using Figma
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and consistency
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to approved processes and quality standards
  • Coordinate with various teams to align practices with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and maintain accurate quality reports and process documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and organizational quality programs
