Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in site operations, audit, compliance, or quality assurance, preferably in a retail, property management, or service-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of site operations processes, quality and compliance standards, and audit documentation; proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with audit checklists or inspection tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify non-compliance issues, validate site records, and monitor corrective actions to ensure audit standards are met.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate with Operations, Tenants, and other departments for audit verification and issue resolution.
  • Must demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and reliability; willing to conduct field audits and site inspections; able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

Job Description:

  • Conduct site quality audits for Lotus Development projects to ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
  • Perform tenant inventory audits to verify product, service, and operational consistency.
  • Document and analyze audit findings, prepare Corrective and Preventive Action Reports (CPAR), and communicate these to concerned departments.
  • Monitor and validate the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Support the continuous improvement of operational standards, processes, and audit systems.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Tenant Management teams to uphold brand integrity and customer satisfaction.
