The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment efforts across all levels of the organization—from rank-and-file to managerial and technical roles. The role requires a recruiter with extensive knowledge of various interview techniques (e.g., behavioral, situational, and competency-based interviews), a proven track record in hiring technical and leadership roles, and a wide professional network to source top talent for GRB Enterprises, Inc.
Additionally, the role will support other HR functions such as people initiatives, process improvement, employee development (e.g., coaching hiring managers on effective interview techniques), and other related tasks that contribute to the overall success of the Employee Success department. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process across all departments. Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job requirements for various levels and functions.
Recruit for a wide range of roles, including technical positions (e.g., Technical Sales Representatives, Technical Product Specialists, Technical Area Managers), rank-and-file staff, and managerial or leadership roles. Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including headhunting, online platforms, employee referrals, and job fairs.
Conduct interviews using various methods such as behavioral, situational, and structured approaches. Evaluate and endorse candidates who align with company culture, job requirements, and long-term business goals. Maintain a strong talent pipeline and actively build relationships with industry professionals and organizations.
Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with labor laws and company policies. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to improve hiring strategies. Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
Participate in people initiatives and process improvements within the Employee Success department. Assist in employee development programs, including but not limited to coaching hiring managers on interview and assessment techniques. Perform other HR-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and requirementsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment. Strong experience in hiring technical, rank-and-file, and managerial positions.
In-depth understanding of various interview techniques and candidate assessment methods. Wide professional network and proven sourcing ability for specialized roles. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Results-driven, resourceful, and able to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
