Job Overview
- Proficient in managing Si7 work order requests, ensuring accurate logging, tracking, and closure in compliance with CBRE and client protocols.
- Skilled in monitoring KPI data and SLA matrix, generating performance dashboards, and interpreting statistical reports for service efficiency.
- Knowledgeable in statutory compliance and Planned Maintenance System (PMS) monitoring to ensure timely execution of preventive and regulatory tasks.
- Strong in data analysis, reporting, and client communication, with expertise in Excel and reporting tools for compliance and performance tracking.
Minimum Qualification:
- Graduate of ANY course; Preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant experience; Facilities Management experience is a PLUS
- Amenable for 6 days schedule
- Location: Mandaue, Cebu
- On-site working setup
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
