Employment Type: Full Time
Shift: Day Shift (rotation between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM AEST), Weekends Off
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Makati, 2 days WFH)

Your Expertise Needed
- Minimum 5 years of IT support experience
- Experience in a leadership or senior helpdesk role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration (desktop apps)
- Basic networking knowledge, including VOIP
- Skilled in hardware troubleshooting and technical support
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk
- Strong team leadership and coordination skills
What You'll Do Every Day
- Roster staff
- Monitor and report KPIs
- Coordinate with developers, system administrators, and vendors
- Support and oversee a team of 5 helpdesk members
