We are URGENTLY hiring for an Accounting Officer who can join us ASAP.

Below are the responsibilities -

  • Check payroll.
  • Monitor accounts receivables.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of commissions.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Accounting and bookkeeping skills.
  • Skills on preparation of reports and communication letters.
  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout the organization.
  • Skills in audit and reconciliation reports.
  • Fast learner especially on the government systems such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, DENR, SEC and BIR.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
  • Perform other duties as needed and as directed.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
  • Being a CPA is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Work Location & Schedule:

  • Based in Paseo De Roxas, Makati City.
  • Onsite work set up.
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 NN
