About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves providing non-voice support through email and chat channels. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring our customers' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing
